A retake gives you a second chance to pass if your first attempt doesn't go to plan, without having to repurchase the full exam. Retake vouchers must be used within 30 days of your first attempt.
Does my exam voucher expire?
Yes. Exam vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused vouchers cannot be renewed.
Do my learning materials and practice tests expire?
Yes. They expire 12 months from the date of activation, giving you a full year to study at your own pace.
How do I buy an exam?
Visit our shop and choose your certification. We recommend our bundle deals which include learning materials, practice tests, and your exam voucher. Your voucher will be delivered electronically within 1–3 working days.

Can I take the exam online?
Yes, you can sit your exam from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Keep in mind that a physical testing centre may offer a more reliable experience.
When will I receive my exam link?
You'll receive your exam link on the Monday before your scheduled exam date. If you book during the same week, you'll receive it before your exam start time.
